So can someone explain this to me cuz i don't get it. Scott gets banned today and his board topic deleted, but his other one which is pretty much the same type of topic stays? And noone did anything about that one? Yeah it was offensive, but he did warn, like we're supposed to. So why are things so double standard around here? What happened to freedom of speech and we are not your parents? I know this has been braught up before, but no real answers? Seems pretty retarted..

As far as I know, he was only banned for a week. Now I didn't read his first bunch of offensive jokes, but I did read the second, and there was one that was extremely racist. The terms of service do warn us about making racist remarks. But he will be back in a week, so don't worry.

Because the terms of service specify racist material is not allowed. AS for why some other board hasn't been dealt with, probably because either it hasn't been noticed, or because it doesn't violate the TOS. (For the record I'm not sure which other board you're referring to.)
